Catering for a Wide Range of Player Abilities

Over the years, Leighton United has supported many thousands of players in hundreds of teams at various age groups. Each year, we average a registered pool of 400+ players organised into 25 or more teams playing on both Saturday and Sunday league and cup competitions and other special exhibition events.

Our coaches and teams are generally able to choose the leagues that they play in, but it generally settles down to the local leagues affiliated with Bedfordshire FA – the football governing body for our region – Central Bedfordshire and whether we have the capacity and facilities to support the league requirements.
